Did the Kardashian sisters mislead their fans and consumers by promoting a bogus diet pill? There are some folks out there who think so and have slapped the famous siblings with a $5 million lawsuit, wowza! The plaintiffs involved in the case claim that the Kardashian girls are liars. Basically the reality TV sisters claimed that the diet pill Quick Trim helped them get their killer bods. However the main ingredient in the weight loss products is caffeine and the FDA has determined that caffeine is is not an effective treatment for weight loss at all. So that means that there is no way the Kim, Kourtney and Khloe could have shed pounds with the products. If you recall, the Kardashians became spokesmodels for Quick Trim back in 2009.
